1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mandee Store (the "Marketplace") through the website, mobile, or web apps, you ("you", the "Shopper") agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Marketplace.

2. The Marketplace

Mandee Store is a B2C marketplace operated by Tanvrit Pvt. Ltd. ("Tanvrit"), with its registered office at 168 Plot No 945, Gayatri Mandir se Purab, New Ariya, Sasaram, Bihar 821115, India. Products are sold by independent sellers who use Tanvrit's seller-side tools. Tanvrit acts as a platform under the Information Technology Act, 2000.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to register.
Provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Keep your password, OTPs, and refresh tokens confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable Use

No unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading activity.
No scraping, automated access, or scalping bots.
No reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling.
No malware, no rate-limit defeats.
No abusive or defamatory ratings or reviews.

5. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Listings are made by sellers; the contract of sale for each order is between you and the relevant seller. Tanvrit collects payment as a payment-collection agent on behalf of the seller. Payments are processed by Razorpay (India) or Stripe (where applicable). Tanvrit does not store full card numbers; only tokenised references are retained.

Recurring debits above ₹15,000 (subscriptions, where offered) are processed under the RBI's e-mandate framework, including Additional Factor Authentication and a 24-hour pre-debit notification.

Prices include or exclude GST as marked at checkout. Refunds and returns follow the seller's policy and applicable law; Tanvrit will mediate eligible disputes in good faith.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

The Marketplace, its source code, design, and Tanvrit trade marks are owned by Tanvrit and licensed (not sold) to you. You retain ownership of reviews, ratings, and content you post; you grant Tanvrit a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display and distribute that content within the Marketplace.

7. Disclaimers

The Marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available". Sellers are independently responsible for the accuracy of their listings and the quality of their products. Tanvrit disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tanvrit's aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed the platform fees Tanvrit retained on your transactions in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, capped further at the value of the specific order in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tanvrit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Marketplace or your breach of these Terms or any law.

10. Termination

You may terminate at any time via /account/delete. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, suspected fraud, or to comply with a legal order.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Indian law; the courts at Patna, Bihar have exclusive jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation; failing that, by arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Patna, before a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual agreement.

12. Changes to these Terms

Material changes are notified to registered users by email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
