Delete your Mandee Store account

What you can request

• Deletion of your shopper profile (name, phone, email, addresses).
• Deletion of your saved cart and wishlist.
• Anonymisation of reviews you posted (the text remains; the author handle is removed).

Order, invoice, and GST records must be retained for 7 years under the Indian Income Tax Act and GST law, even after account deletion. They are stored in encrypted form and not used for any other purpose.

How to request deletion

Email support@mandee.store from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". Use the button below to pre-fill the message.

Request account deletion

If your registered email no longer works, write from any address and include enough information (registered phone, recent order ID) so we can verify you.

Timeline

We acknowledge requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, in line with DPDPA Section 12.
