All prices in INR and exclusive of GST. The current Standard transaction fee, featured-listing rate, and Premium subscription price are shared by email when you apply.
Frequently asked questions
How do payouts work?
Payouts are routed through Razorpay (our payment processor — see Privacy and Terms) to the bank account you link during onboarding. The settled amount is the order total minus the platform's transaction fee and applicable GST. Exact cycle length and any holdback for the return window are disclosed in your seller agreement.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The transaction fee on settled orders is the only platform fee. Razorpay's payment-gateway charges pass through at cost and are itemised on every settlement statement. We do not charge listing fees, set-up fees, or monthly minimums on the Standard plan.
Where can I see the exact fee schedule?
We share the current fee schedule when you apply to sell — write to sellers@mandee.store with your business basics and we will reply with the full breakdown. The fee schedule is also reproduced in the seller agreement you sign before going live.
What does seller onboarding look like?
Apply via /sellers, complete KYC (PAN, GSTIN if applicable, bank account), set up your storefront, and upload inventory. See /seller-onboarding for the full step-by-step.
What is your return / refund policy for sellers?
Buyers can raise a return on non-perishable goods within 7 days. Perishables (fresh produce, prepared food) cannot be returned, but a quality complaint can be opened within 24 hours of delivery. Sellers review return requests in the seller dashboard; rejected requests can be escalated to Mandee Store support, who arbitrate based on photos, chat history, and policy. Refunds for arbitrated cases are funded from the seller's next settlement.
When does a seller get charged the transaction fee?
The fee is deducted at settlement, not at order placement. If an order is cancelled or fully refunded before settlement, no fee is charged. Partial refunds are pro-rated.
Do I need GST registration to sell?
GSTIN is required only if your annual turnover crosses the GST threshold or if you sell inter-state. Sellers below the threshold can list under composition / unregistered status. We do not auto-collect or remit GST on your behalf — your invoices reflect your own GST status.
