Shipping & delivery
Three options. No hidden fees. Honest about what we do not yet support.
Self-pickup at store
Always free. Available immediately if the merchant accepts your order. Walk in with your order ID — the merchant marks the order ready in the app and you collect it.
Local delivery
Many merchants deliver within their declared local radius. The delivery fee is set by the merchant and shown at checkout — never as a hidden charge.
Inter-city shipping
Ship to another city via courier partners. We are still wiring courier integrations and aggregator pricing. Until then, only intra-city orders are supported.
Common questions
Express vs standard delivery — what is the difference?
Standard delivery uses the merchant's own rider or aggregator and arrives during their open hours. Express (where the merchant offers it) is a faster commitment for an additional fee. Both options, when available, are shown at checkout with their fee and ETA.
How do I track my order?
Open the order from the Orders tab in the app. You will see live state transitions: Placed → Accepted → Packed → Out for delivery → Delivered. For delivery orders the rider's contact number appears once the order moves to 'Out for delivery'. We do not currently show live GPS — just state changes and ETA.
What happens if no one is home?
The rider will call the contact number on the order and wait for a short period. If you are unreachable the order is marked 'Failed delivery' and returned to the merchant. You can request a re-attempt from the order screen (a re-attempt fee may apply) or cancel for a refund.
Can I change the delivery address after ordering?
You can change the address as long as the order is still in 'Placed' state and the merchant has not accepted yet. Once the order is 'Accepted' or 'Packed', address changes need merchant approval — open the order and tap Chat to ask the merchant directly.
How are delivery fees calculated?
Each merchant sets their own delivery fee. The exact fee is shown on the cart screen before you confirm payment — there are no surprise fees at delivery.
Do you deliver on Sundays / holidays?
It depends on the merchant. Each storefront publishes its operating hours on its store page. Orders placed outside operating hours are queued and accepted when the store next opens.
I received the wrong item / a damaged item — what do I do?
Open the order, tap Return / Complain, pick the relevant reason, and add photos. Perishables: complain within 24 hours. Non-perishables: within 7 days. See the full returns process at /help/returns.
Do you ship outside India?
No. Mandee Store serves Indian buyers and Indian merchants only. We do not currently support international shipping.
